• We do not take returns or give refunds. It costs us extra money to do this due to payment processing fees.
• Donating isn't a pass to break the rules. Banned players will not be refunded.
• If your items you donated for are lost to a raid, we will not replace them. This is to keep things fair and anti pay-to-win. Keep your valuables safe in a personal vault (the best ones are simple caves hidden underground +20k out).
• Charge-backs may result in a permanent ban from all of our servers.
